Isuzu Truck owners all become part of Isuzu’s award winning Customer Care programme. Whilst we hope you enjoy many miles of trouble free driving providing the necessary maintenance schedules are important to help prolong the life of your vehicle.

All the Isuzu care contracts are designed with three objectives in mind: to be easy, flexible and comprehensive.

Easy
An Isuzu Maintenance Contract is easy for you to adopt. Once you’ve chosen which package you would like and agreed the terms and conditions, you simply pay a regular monthly fee (determined by the length of the agreement, inspection frequency and the annual distance the vehicle will cover) and your truck will be maintained and repaired by your chosen approved Isuzu Dealer.

Flexible
All businesses are different, so you can tailor your maintenance contract to the requirements of your operation. A price is set at the start of the agreement which can run for 3 to 5 years (or longer for low mileage vehicles) and you can revise the cover if your circumstances change.

Comprehensive
Depending on the maintenance contract you choose, all safety inspections, servicing, repairs, MOT preparation and test, tacho calibration and speed limiter compliance as well as contract management can be included.

Thanks to specially developed software, all Isuzu maintenance related programmes offer fully-automated scheduled reminders to enable you to agree a date & time with us for any work to be carried out in advance.

This means there’s no need for you to keep an eye on when your truck is due for servicing, simply keep an eye on your email for a reminder from us and we will help to keep your business on the road. This will help to ensure no nasty surprises with unexpected costs and labour charges.

Roadside Assistance
In the unlikely event that you should suffer from a breakdown of your Isuzu vehicle, rest assured you will be looked after in the manner you would expect from Isuzu. Every Isuzu vehicle comes with Isuzu Truck Commercial Assistance. Should your vehicle experience an unexpected problem, one of our trained dealers will be with you as quickly as possible. All of our dealers have been trained to highest standard to work on Isuzu vehicles and hopefully they will have you rolling again in no time. 8.5 out of 10 breakdowns are able to be fixed roadside to ensure a minimal amount of delay.

In the event that it is not possible to repair your vehicle roadside, you will be recovered to the nearest Isuzu dealer for the repair to be carried out.
