Your Care Programme membership will be activated as soon as your new vehicle is registered and on the road. You will be given your own dedicated Customer Liaison Executive who will contact you throughout your truck’s warranty period to ensure you are happy with both its performance and with the service you receive from us here at JDS Trucks.  The Care team are always on hand to answer any questions that you may have and are only too happy to help as are the team here at JDS. 

For your complete peace of mind every Isuzu truck comes with a three year unlimited mileage warranty and automatic free registration with Isuzu Assist (Isuzu’s emergency breakdown service.)

Isuzu Assist have a network of recovery operators throughout the UK who work alongside Isuzu service centres to get out to you and your vehicle as quickly as possible in the event of a breakdown. All the operators have been trained to a high standard on Isuzu products and the vast majority of times they will be able to repair your vehicle at the roadside.
